We are still observing cases where customers are being blocked due to exceeding their allocated quotas. In most instances, this is occurring because usage levels were not adjusted in line with the communicated limits.
We understand that service interruptions can be disruptive, and we want to emphasize that these controls were introduced as a necessary safeguard. To prevent further blocking, we encourage customers to closely monitor their consumption and “out of quota” responses in API calls. These responses are a clear indicator that the allocated limits have been reached and should trigger appropriate follow-up actions, whether that is customer communication, quota adjustment, or usage optimization.
