Following our previous communication, the provisioning server will be migrated during the European maintenance and its IP address will change. During this migration, you will not be able to add or delete access points in your store for a maximum duration of four (4) hours. However, there will be no impact on your existing access point connectivity.
There will be no service interruption as matchings, data integration and transmissions are not impacted. You may use our Cloud solution as usual.
This maintenance is implemented according to best practices, the window is given to allow time for VusionGroup’s engineers to respond to any unforeseen issues that may occur with this change.
