Dear customers,
To comply with Microsoft’s recommendations, we need to update part of our cloud infrastructure. This will result in a short, intermittent downtime of up to 10 minutes.

There will be no impact on the overall solution, but the upgraded components may be inaccessible for 1 to 2 minutes.
Here is a list of these components:
- Our Cloud interfaces (Manager, Stores, Users, Studio and Asset management)
- Web Application Firewall
- Load balancer for the Access Points

This maintenance is necessary to ensure our platform remains secure and aligned with best practices.
