Dear Customer,
On March 31, 2026, we will perform an update to the TLS/HTTPS certificates used for all vusion.io web interfaces.
As part of this update, the certificate chain will be adjusted by removing the public root certificate. This change aligns with best security practices, as some strict authentication systems may reject certificate chains that include the root certificate.
Please note: -The certificate itself remains unchanged -There is no impact on security, validity, or encryption -No service disruption is expected
This update is not related to any vulnerability or security incident. It is a hotfix done to ensure broader compatibility and compliance with industry standards.
This scheduled maintenance affects: Europe (VUSION Manager - Europe, VUSION Cloud API - Europe) and Americas (VUSION Manager - Americas, VUSION Cloud API - Americas).
