[Europe] Exceptional AP-Auth server maintenance

Scheduled for Nov 18, 08:00 - 12:00 UTC

Scheduled

Dear Customers,

To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, we will be migrating our ap-auth server during the upcoming US release window on the 18th of November.

Key Points:

- No major service interruption is expected, and the DNS will remain unchanged. However, some Access Points may become offline during the migration but they will come back online at the end of the operation.
- You will not be able to add, edit or delete VUSION Access Points (V:Gates, Cloud-points) during the migration, which is expected to last 4 hours.
- Only the IP address of the ap-auth server will change, which may impact the authorization process for some customers.

We recommend that you take the necessary steps to ensure your access points can remain online after the migration.

Technical Details:

URLs remain the same: ap-auth.vusion.io
- Current IP address: 52.157.180.201
- New IP address: 145.132.225.64

Please note that access point connection to the Ap-Auth server is refreshed every week depending on the initial connection. If the IP or DNS address is not whitelisted then, the access point will not be able to connect and will go offline

This migration is a crucial step to maintain the security and compliance of our platform.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards, Your Vusion Cloud Team
